CHESTERFIELD — Select Board increases HCDC funding commitment to $1.35 million for FY26. Trish Colson-Montgomery moved the budget amendment, unanimously approved, raising the grant from $1.25 million to reflect the full amount eligible under the Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities program. The HCDC distributes the $100,000 increase across all budget line items.
Roger Fuller asked whether the organization has developed a repayment schedule for unrestricted program income lost due to a prior HCDC error; Director Christopolis was unavailable and no plan has been finalized.
