CHESTERFIELD — Select Board votes unanimously to award Russell Park tennis court design to GZA. Chair Roger Fuller, with members Trish Colson-Montgomery and Don Willard, selected GZA's $19,800 proposal over Berkshire Design ($20,290) and SLR ($34,000), conditional on meeting a June 30, 2026 "shovel ready" deadline; GZA confirmed deadline compliance before the meeting ended. The board also unanimously approved sending a letter to the State House and Senate President requesting action on a voter-supported audit, voted to sign FY25 and grant management contracts with Hilltown Community Development Corporation, and approved a 3 percent cost-of-living adjustment for all town employees.
