CHESTERFIELD — Select Board approves HCDC payment plan and appoints new COA director. Chair Roger Fuller and member Trish Colson-Montgomery voted unanimously to accept a five-year payment agreement with Hilltown Community Development Corporation for the $11,250 owed to the town, with annual payments of $2,250 due beginning July 1, 2026. The board also unanimously appointed Jessica Humphries as the new Council on Aging Director.
Current Director Eileen Theroux leaves May 8, permitting training overlap with Humphries, who may begin once her paperwork is filed with the Treasurer.
