Chesterfield Select Board approves broad slate of FY27 municipal appointments. Co-Chair Roger Fuller, Co-Chair Trish Colson-Montgomery, and Clerk Donald Willard voted unanimously to appoint over 70 town officials and committee members, including Brenda Lessard as ADA Coordinator, Jessica Humphries as Council on Aging Director, and Lawrence Holmberg to three emergency management posts. The board also deferred resolution of a dispute over whether proceeds from the sale of the Fire Department's old rescue truck should go to the Fire Association or back to the town's general fund, deferring the matter for discussion with Fire Chief David Hewes at a subsequent meeting.
