Chesterfield Select Board approves four new personnel and operational policies in single meeting. Chair Roger Fuller and members Trish Colson-Montgomery and Don Willard unanimously adopted the Credit Card Policy, Social Media Policy, Domestic Violence Leave Notice, and Unpaid Leave and FMLA Benefits Policy. The Board also unanimously appointed Gail Lucey, Jeane Anastas, Therese Brigley, and Maggie Brisbois to the MVP Committee with terms ending upon project completion, declining to appoint a fifth nominee due to unresolved complaint details.
In a three-to-one vote with Fuller abstaining, the Board approved use of unrestricted income funds for expanded appraisals of the 31 North Road property, advancing toward a March Special Town Meeting to seek purchase authorization for a combined Public Safety Complex and Town Offices.
