Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show 14 property filings referencing Chesterfield from Sept. 11 through Oct. 10: 11 transfers of property to a new owner and three non-sale filings, two homestead declarations and an estate-tax affidavit. None of the 11 transfers carried a recorded sale price as of this report, so a price range and median are not yet available; prices typically post within about a week of recording. Seven of the 11 transfers involved a bank, credit union or federal agency as buyer or seller, and four were trust-to-family or trust-to-self transfers. Fuller Road and Main Road each saw three filings, the most of any street this period.
