Nine Chesterfield deeds recorded in four weeks, median sale at $100,000
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded nine Chesterfield property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Five listed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $160,000, with a median of $100,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 59 Cummington Road at $160,000, sold by Jesse T. and Jessica L. McMillan to Freedom Credit Union. Four of the nine transactions did not disclose a price. In every disclosed-price sale, the buyer was a bank or credit union. No street had more than one recorded transfer, and the data does not support a broader read on market direction this period.
