The top sale was 9 Ireland St. at $340,000, sold by Susan E. and Alan P. Lavallee to Citizens Bank NA. Four of the 12 records were Declarations of Homestead rather than sales, and six of the remaining eight transactions listed a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. Ireland Street and Cummington Road each saw multiple filings. The data shows a mix of recorded sales, transfers without a recorded price, and non-sale legal filings rather than a uniform sales trend.
