Chesterfield's registry recorded 12 property documents between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only six disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $340,000 with a median of $100,000. Four of the 12 records were Declarations of Homestead rather than sales, and six of the remaining eight transactions listed a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. Ireland Street and Cummington Road each saw multiple filings. The data shows a mix of disclosed sales, undisclosed transfers, and non-sale legal filings rather than a uniform sales trend.
