CHESTERFIELD — Farm and Forest Commission plans fall gathering for area producers. Brooke Bullock initiated a renewal request for the farm producers listing, with members identifying the need to add forestry participants and follow up with farmer Louise Spear. The Commission plans to print flyers for distribution at local gathering places and is organizing a September or October potluck-style gathering at the Grange Hall for farmers and woodlot owners to discuss how the Commission can serve them.
