Chesterfield Records 11 Property Transfers in August; Most Sale Prices Undisclosed
Chesterfield recorded 11 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $340,000 with a median of $100,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 9 Ireland St. at $340,000, sold by Susan E. and Alan P. Lavallee to Citizens Bank NA. Ireland Street saw the most activity, with three separate transfers recorded. Several transfers involved banks or credit unions as buyer or seller, and a few appear to keep property within the same family or trust. With most prices undisclosed, the recorded deed count is the clearest activity measure for the period.
