CHESTERFIELD — Board of Health approves prior minutes, directs septic applicant to find contractor. Chair John Chandler deemed Carlee Hallenbeck's septic plan for a Bissell Road new build acceptable but required identification of an installer before permit issuance. Board members Kirke Henshaw and Peg Whalen were present.

Chandler provided transfer station disposal costs ($109 per ton for municipal solid waste, $64 per ton for combined cans and bottles) to support Whalen's analysis of potential food waste collection savings. The board also initiated investigation of a short-term rental property at 341 Old Chesterfield Road following a complaint from Mary Wilson regarding conditions during her May 2026 stay.
